Business Spotlight - Christian Rose Violins

In the spirit of fostering young musicians, Peter Rose, has paved the way for aspiring violinists through the establishment of Christian Rose Violins.

Starting with just 6 violins at the Breedon Garden Centre, the business has grown and Peter now specialises in lower priced student violins as well as a wide range of quality instruments.

The shop now at 100 Market Street, Ashby, offers a sanctuary of quality violins and violin-related gifts including our family favourite - Playmobil musicians.

Peter did not stop at violin sales, 2 years ago, one question on Facebook led to the formation of the Ashby String Orchestra.  Why not celebrate Valentine's Day this with a delightful concert featuring the exceptional talent of Polish award-winning violinist Ada Witczyk performing playing J S Bach concertos in E and A minor.

The concert will be an evening of enchanting music, tickets on the door on the night.
